Quarterback Tip of the Day
Do you throw the ball high when warming up? Remember to OVER-exaggerate the follow-through on the first few throws.

Quarterback Tip of the Day
Exhale before throwing the football. You never want to throw with a tight, flexed upper body.

Quarterback Tip of the Day
SCRAMBLE TIP
When scrambling, keep TWO hands on the football. Do NOT run with the ball waving freely.
Why? Simple.. Your chances of fumbling go up significantly when you run around holding the football with one hand. Secure the football with two hands at all times. The opposite hand doesn't need to grip the ball with much force either - be comfortable.
Quarterbacks cannot afford to turn the ball over.
